Refunds for Faulty Goods

Once your item has been returned and the damage confirmed (if returned for this reason) your credit or debit card will be credited with the full purchase price of the item

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your products we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days of the invoice date. Delivery charges are non refundable. When you return goods, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend returning goods using Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK or an equivalent service if you live outside of the UK. Signatures are always recommended when goods are returned. We will then send your exchange by Royal Mail recorded Delivery at no cost to you.

Refunds will be given to credit/debit card originally paid on. Returns must be unused and in all original packaging and resalable condition. Please email us to let us know you are sending your order back and we will confirm our returns address.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Little Gift Co does not share any customer data with third parties. However, we do store your name, and order details to enable us to keep you informed with any marketing information. If you do not wish to receive this please email us and we will remove you from this list.
